These disclosures are provided in accordance with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7001 et seq.) and apply to your consent to receive electronic communications from CA/USA.

Your Right to Receive Paper Copies

You have the right to receive any communication, notice, disclosure, or document that we are required to provide to you in paper (non-electronic) form.

To request a paper copy of any document previously delivered electronically, please contact us using the information below. Paper copies will be provided free of charge and delivered to the mailing address on file for your account.

Requesting a paper copy does not automatically withdraw your consent to receive future communications electronically. To withdraw electronic delivery consent entirely, see Section 2 below.

How to Withdraw Your Consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic communications at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the legal validity of any electronic documents or disclosures delivered prior to the effective date of your withdrawal.

To withdraw your consent, use any of the following methods:

  • Online Portal: Log in and navigate to Communication Preferences. Uncheck the Electronic Delivery option and save your changes.
  • Email: Send a written request to info@causallc.com from the email address associated with your account, clearly stating you are withdrawing your consent to electronic delivery.
  • Written Mail: Send a signed written request to the address listed at the bottom of this page.

After withdrawal, required notices and disclosures will be sent via U.S. mail to the address on file for your account.

Please note: Withdrawing electronic delivery consent may delay receipt of time-sensitive account communications. Ensure your mailing address on file is current.

Hardware & Software Requirements

To access, view, and retain electronic communications and documents from CA/USA, your device must meet the following minimum requirements:

BrowserA current, up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge). Browsers more than two major versions behind are not supported.
InternetA reliable internet connection sufficient to load web pages and download PDF documents.
PDF ViewerSoftware capable of opening PDF files, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free) or your browser’s built-in PDF viewer.
Email AccessA valid, active email account you regularly access, capable of receiving messages from causallc.com.
StorageSufficient local or cloud storage to save and retain copies of electronic documents for your records.

It is your responsibility to maintain hardware and software meeting these requirements. If your setup changes and no longer qualifies, please notify us or withdraw your consent and request paper delivery.

Change of Contact Information Procedures

It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current with CA/USA. If your email address, mailing address, or phone number changes, you must update your information promptly to ensure continued receipt of important account communications and required disclosures.

To update your contact information:

  • Online Portal: Log in and visit Communication Preferences to update your email address, phone number, or mailing address.
  • Email: Send your updated details to info@causallc.com from a verified address associated with your account.

CA/USA is not responsible for undelivered electronic communications sent to an outdated email address on file. If an address is found to be invalid or undeliverable, we may revert to paper delivery at the mailing address on file.
